Our mission is to create healthier and fitter people, families and communities. We consist of men and women of all ages and offer a fully personalized service to help you reach your individual fitness goals – no experience required!
We make maintaining your fitness & health easier, more fun… and you get to enjoy it with other like-minded people. Think about it…
Getting fit, with people like you, who prefer to train outdoors rather than being in a gym (an often intimidating and boring environment) is a really fun way to achieve the fitness levels you set – and achieve – with the help and encouragement of both your personal trainer and the other group members.

What We Do
We are so much more than a fitness program. We aim to go above beyond to create a community of dedicated and motivated people who strive to increase their fitness and health in a fun and safe environment.
Holding our classes outdoors means we can create an open setting, but it is our fully qualified trainers that create unique training experiences aimed to deliver results that make our classes far from the normal or boring workouts we see far too much of.

FAQ
Whilst we don’t offer child minding services, you are more than welcome to bring your children to our training sessions. Our beautiful outdoor training location have plenty of space for your children to play while you exercise.
Our early morning sessions are held at Sherwood AFL Club, Queenscroft Street, Chelmer whilst our 9:15am and evening sessions are conducted at Graceville Memorial Park, Oxley Road, Graceville
Our class sizes range between 10-25 people. For larger class numbers, we always ensure we have multiple trainers supervising to ensure your safety.
We supply the majority of equipment you require for your sessions. All you need to bring is a towel, some water and an exercise mat.
